Introduction

This user guide explains how to use the mDevInf (Mobile Device Information) tool.

mDevInf has been created to provide a desktop tool that allows easy access to information from the WURFL (Wireless Universal Resource FiLe), created by Andrea Trassati and Luca Passani.

This guide does not discuss the installation of mDevInf. For information about installation and/or building the application from the source code, please see the mDevInf installation and building document or the text files that are included in the distribution files.

A note about the screenshots

I have decided to leave screenshots where the only difference would be the version number in the title bar. This means that some screenshots will be from an older version of the application, but they are still up-to-date.
